Samples are loaded into the graphite tube and processed through a multi-step heating program run from a Windows PC, to produce graphene or other forms of carbon. Each step can use one or two gas choices, together or individually, from two available gas types.
The workhead can be fitted with an optional USB camera to monitor the process on screen. Interlocks cover gas pressure, coolant pressure and flow, low mains and tube failure.
