Request a quoteOverview
Slit optics are standard, with 1, 2 and 3 degree divergence slits and a primary beam Soller slit. An optional XOS monolithic polycapillary "X-ray lens" suits off-axis alignment such as texture and residual stress work, and a planar X-ray waveguide resonator addresses large d-spacings and less ordered materials.
Detector choices include a Xe proportional detector with Cu or Co graphite monochromator, a parallel beam or thin film detector with a 0.4 degree Soller collimator for use with the polycapillary optic, and a dual or bifurcated arm that keeps focusing and parallel beam setups mounted with software changeover.
