Overview

Product overview

Available stages are the standard stage for 2 inch holders, a spinning stage that reduces preferred orientation, a long sample stage for ingots up to 52 mm diameter and 100 mm long, a capillary spinning stage for Debye-Scherrer geometry, and a large sample stage for bulk samples up to 150 mm diameter by 20 mm thick.

A 10-sample autoloader, a PAAR HTK 2000N high-temperature stage reaching 2300 °C in vacuum, a PAAR TTK 600 low-temperature stage from -10 to +600 °C without cryogenics, and stepping-motor auto slits that keep the irradiated area constant complete the range.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    Standard and spinning stages

    Spinning reduces preferred orientation effects.

  • 02

    Bulk sample stages

Long sample and large sample options.

  • 03

    Auto loader

    Ten positions with random access.

  • 04

    PAAR temperature stages

    HTK 2000N to 2300 °C; TTK 600 from -10 to +600 °C.

  • 05

    Auto slits

Constant irradiated area as theta changes.
