Overview

Product overview

PCI Analytics’ PreCiGen Hydrogen Gas Generator produces ultra-high-purity hydrogen (up to 99.9999%) on demand with proton-exchange-membrane (PEM) electrolysis. Hydrogen is extracted from deionized water. The unit is designed as fuel gas for GC-FID and includes automatic shutdown protocols. PCI states this completely eliminates hazardous high-pressure cylinders.

This is the PCI-made PreCiGen hydrogen line Al-Shaker specifies for chromatography benches — with no cylinder farm to manage. Sister PreCiGen generators for zero air, nitrogen, and LC-MS are also available.

Al-Shaker specifies PreCiGen hydrogen versus the 3-in-1 N2 / zero air / H2 chassis, then installs, trains, and supports the generator across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.

Features

Key features

  • 01

    PEM, up to 99.9999%

Proton-exchange-membrane electrolysis from deionized water, published to 99.9999% purity.

  • 02

    GC-FID fuel, on demand

Built as fuel gas for GC-FID so the detector is not waiting on a cylinder change.

  • 03

    Automatic shutdown

Published shutdown protocols instead of an unattended high-pressure hydrogen bottle.
