Positive Pressure SPE Processor

PCI Analytics’ positive-pressure SPE sample processor is published as an indigenous manifold for bioanalytical, bioequivalence, food-assay, and toxicology sample preparation. Catalogue models SPE 48 Plus, SPE 96 Plus, and SPE 144 Plus take 1 mL cartridges as standard. Positions are individually regulated — 48 (4 × 12), 96 (8 × 12), or 144 (12 × 12). Dual settings let the user set different pressures for extraction and column drying. Each model includes one collection rack for a stated test-tube size and a waste reservoir. A single switch raises and lowers the sample racks and makes an airtight seal. PCI states each hole in the manifold is restricted so pressure stays constant even when positions are empty, and that positive pressure improves flow of viscous samples such as plasma or serum versus vacuum manifolds.

Al-Shaker specifies 48 versus 96 versus 144 and the first 1 mL cartridge set, then installs and supports the processor across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
