Sykam Amino Acid Analyzers
Request a quoteOverview
Sykam has built dedicated amino acid analyzers since the 1980s and is one of the world’s leading suppliers in this field. The S 433 and S 633 are complete operational systems supplied with ready-to-use buffers, reagents, and columns for physiological fluids, food and feedstuff hydrolysates, and customer-specific applications.
Both analyzers use HPLC pumps for buffer and reagent delivery with a high-quality post-column derivatization and detection system. They are specified for high-resolution separations of free amino acids, a wide dynamic range, and stable low-noise baselines — including on complex physiological samples — without buffer steps that complicate integration.
The S 633 is the latest analyzer in the series, with a dual inert HPLC pump, built-in in-line vacuum degassing, and application-specific high-speed or high-sensitivity versions. Limit of detection on the S 433 is 2 pmol histidine on column (3× noise).
Al-Shaker supplies these analyzers with application support, training, and reagent continuity for regional laboratories.

3 parameters
Complete systems for hydrolysates and physiological fluids, with the S 633 adding inert dual pumping and in-line degassing.
Buffers, columns, and reagents matched to the analyzer for routine food, feed, and clinical-research amino acid work.
Low-noise traces without buffer steps, even on complex physiological samples, so peaks are easier to integrate.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
