Overview

Product overview

The Sykam S 700 series covers purification work from a simple isocratic pump with manual injection to a fully automated quaternary high-pressure gradient system with column switching and reversed flow.

Pumps are available from 150 ml/min up to 1000 ml/min as isocratic, low-pressure mixing, or high-pressure mixing configurations, in stainless steel (up to 400 bar) or metal-free PEEK (up to 350 bar). The range includes UV/Vis and PDA detectors with peak detection for fraction collectors, single and multiple valve actuators, automatic sample loaders, and fraction collectors for tubes, bottles, or containers.

Pre-configured S 700 systems and individual preparative modules (including S 1525 / S 1535 pumps) can be specified to the purification method. Al-Shaker supports selection, installation, and ongoing service for these systems in the region.
