CommaSil HPLC columns from Biocomma are packed with ultra-pure spherical, fully porous silica. The C18 Universal ordering table lists 3 μm, 3.5 μm, and 5 μm particles in 2.1 mm, 3.0 mm, and 4.6 mm internal diameters and lengths from 30 mm to 250 mm (for example HC18435 is 4.6 × 150 mm, 3.5 μm; HC18536 is 4.6 × 250 mm, 5 μm). Biocomma states the silica is totally porous with less than 10 ppm metal and uses double end-capping. Sister phases — C18-T hybrid, C18-P aqueous, C8, T3-H, C4 300 Å, CN, NH2, and bare silica — stay options on this family.

Al-Shaker specifies phase, 3 versus 3.5 versus 5 μm, and 2.1 versus 4.6 mm for the first method, then supplies and supports the columns across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
