Request a quoteOverview
biocomma syringe filters use a polypropylene housing with nylon, PTFE, PVDF, or PES membranes. Published pore ratings on the chromatography and sterile pages are 0.22 μm and 0.45 μm (13 mm and 25 mm diameters, 100 pieces per box). Nylon and PES are listed hydrophilic; PTFE and standard PVDF are listed hydrophobic, with hydrophilic PTFE and PVDF sisters. Sterile SSF-prefix filters are sterilized by gamma radiation for small-volume biological liquids. Biocomma states 0.22 μm is used to filter bacteria and 0.45 μm to filter solid particles.
Al-Shaker specifies membrane, 0.22 versus 0.45 μm, 13 versus 25 mm, and sterile versus non-sterile, then supplies the filters across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.

Four published membranes on one PP housing — choose the membrane to suit the chemistry.
Biocomma assigns 0.22 μm to bacteria and 0.45 μm to particles on the sterile page.
SSF-prefix filters are gamma-irradiated; non-sterile SF-prefix stays the HPLC default.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
