Overview

Product overview

Copure HLB SPE cartridges from Biocomma use a polystyrene/divinylbenzene copolymer with hydrophilic N-vinylpyrrolidone and hydrophobic divinylbenzene groups. The published working pH interval is 0–14. Specific surface area is 500–750 m²/g and pore size is 200–400 Å. Ordering runs from COHLB130 (30 mg/1 mL) through COHLB12500 (500 mg/12 mL), with 60 mg/3 mL, 200 mg/3 mL, 150 mg/6 mL, 200 mg/6 mL, and 500 mg/6 mL in between. Biocomma positions HLB for acidic, neutral, and basic compounds from non-polar to moderately polar matrices such as blood, urine, and food, and notes the sorbent as equivalent to Waters Oasis HLB.

Other Copure chemistries (C18, MCX, MAX, PSA, Florisil, GCB) stay options on this family.

Al-Shaker specifies HLB bed mass and barrel size for the first method, then supplies and supports the cartridges across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
