GEP-SH-CX01 Sequencing Electrophoresis Tank
Request a quoteOverview
The GEP-SH-CX01 is a sequencing electrophoresis tank for experiments such as SSR, SSCP, HA and DNA footprinting. It accepts 350 × 350 mm glass plates with a gel area of 310 × 330 mm and can run up to 96 PCR samples in a single run.
A specially treated flat aluminum plate spreads heat evenly so bands do not show a smile effect. Red shark tooth combs with 68 and 100 teeth make loading easy to see and reduce cross-contamination between lanes. The assembly is fixed with only four knobs, anti-aging silicone seals prevent leakage, and the total buffer volume is about 750 mL.
The upper tank has a buffer outlet and the lower tank is removable for easy buffer handling. Opening either lid cuts the power, and the electrodes are 99.99% pure platinum. The kit includes concave and flat glass plates, combs, filler strips, a lead and a water pipe.

A specially treated flat aluminum plate spreads heat evenly to prevent the smile effect in bands.
Up to 96 PCR samples can be electrophoresed in one run to improve throughput.
Red 68 and 100 tooth combs make loading easy to observe and reduce sample crossover.
Only four fastening knobs are needed to secure the plates.
Anti-aging silicone seals prevent leaks, with an upper buffer outlet and a removable lower tank.
Opening the lids cuts the power, and 99.99% platinum electrodes resist corrosion and aging.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
