Request a quoteOverview
The CFGR-6Y is a large capacity low speed refrigerated centrifuge for blood stations, pharmaceutical plants, biochemistry and biological products, in both production and research. It is used for blood separation, protein precipitation and cell separation and collection.
It reaches 6000 r/min and 6600 ×g with a maximum capacity of 6 × 1000 mL, using swing rotors with round or oval 1000 mL cups or a 6 × 500 mL angle rotor. A high-torque brushless variable frequency motor with flexible shaft drive gives ±10 r/min accuracy. An imported CFC-free compressor with copper tubing around the chamber controls temperature from -20 to 40°C with ±1°C accuracy.
The all-steel body has a 304 stainless steel chamber, three-stage vibration damping and automatic balancing. The lid opens backwards on double hydraulic struts, with an automatic electric door lock and emergency release. Ten programs and ten acceleration and deceleration rates can be stored, and aeronautical aluminum rotors are anti-corrosion treated.
