STH-ND Series Class N Horizontal Autoclave
Request a quoteOverview
The STH-ND series are horizontal Class N autoclaves with a circular inner chamber and jacket structure that provides heat preservation and drying. Four models are offered at 150, 200, 300 and 400 L, working from 115°C to 138°C at 0.23 MPa with a vacuum of -0.086 MPa.
The door uses a disc type embedded gear with an electric lock and pneumatic door seals. The SUS 304 pipeline uses clamp connections for quick assembly, and a standard validation interface is fitted. Control is through an HMI touch screen with microcomputer, offering program selection, parameter setting, report processing and traceability.
Sterilization is assured by both F0 value and temperature and time, with full sterilization records, a built-in printer and USB function. Over-temperature and over-pressure protection are included. The units run on three-phase AC 380 V and need an external compressed air source at 0.4 to 0.7 MPa for the door seal; a compressor of about 40 L can be used if none is available.
