Product overview
The STV-III series are microcomputer-controlled vertical Class N autoclaves with a drying function. Four models are available with chamber volumes of 35, 50, 75 and 100 L, built from high quality stainless steel and supplied with stainless steel buckets, with baskets optional.
Sterilization temperature is adjustable from 116°C to 134°C with ±2°C accuracy, at a rated working pressure of 0.22 MPa. Sterilization time is set from 4 to 120 minutes and drying from 0 to 240 minutes. A three-stage temperature rise and fall program raises steam saturation to improve sterilization, cold air is discharged automatically, and steam is exhausted automatically when the cycle ends.
The lid uses a hand wheel translation quick-opening structure with a self-expanding seal and safety interlock. Protection covers over temperature, over pressure, low water level and dry burning. A buzzer sounds at the end of the cycle, a standard test interface is provided, and automatic water inlet and an external printer are optional.
