STB-N35D and STB-N50D Class N Benchtop Autoclaves

The STB-N35D and STB-N50D are automatically controlled Class N benchtop autoclaves for medical, pharmaceutical and research facilities. They sterilize surgical, dental and ophthalmic instruments, glassware, medicines, culture media, fabric dressings, foods and other items that tolerate saturated steam.

The STB-N35D has a 35 L chamber (φ300 × 500 mm) and the STB-N50D a 50 L chamber (φ340 × 550 mm), both in high quality stainless steel with four stainless steel trays. Temperature is set from 105°C to 134°C with uniformity within ±1°C, timing from 0 to 99 minutes, and maximum working pressure of 0.25 MPa. Quick sterilization takes 4 to 6 minutes.

Water filling, heating, sterilizing, exhausting and drying are fully automatic, with three fixed programs that users can adjust. A steam-water inner circulation system means no steam is discharged into the room. The program cannot start unless the door is closed, and the door stays locked while it runs. Low water protection and automatic cold air discharge are included.
