Request a quoteOverview
The LWD-200 washes and dries laboratory glassware and plastics, using sprayed water and cleaning solution to remove inorganic residues such as lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic and organic residues such as dyes, hormones, grease and dust. After cleaning, organic residue is below 0.1 mg/L and metal ion residue below 0.02 mg/L.
The cleaning chamber has a volume of at least 200 L and is made of 316L stainless steel inside a 304 stainless steel housing with double-layer heat and sound insulation. Two racks allow items up to 23 cm high on the lower level and 18 cm on the upper level, for up to 520 2 mL vials or 120 vessels 7 cm in diameter per cycle. Water is heated from room temperature to 99°C, followed by drying.
At 1.1 m high the unit sits level with the lab bench. An industrial PLC controls the process, two water inlets connect tap and pure water, and a double-layer vacuum glass door shows the wash in progress.

10 parameters
After washing, the integrated drying system (at least 2.1 kW) dries the load in the same chamber.
Cleans up to 520 2 mL vials or 120 vessels 7 cm in diameter in a single run.
The inner cavity is 316L stainless steel and the outer shell 304 stainless steel with no exposed screws or rivets.
An industrial PLC microcomputer runs the programs, with program self-checking and equipment self-cleaning.
Two inlets allow tap water and pure water to be connected at the same time and selected from the control panel.
A double-layer vacuum glass door lets the user watch the cleaning while reducing heat loss.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
