The LWD-200I cleans laboratory glassware and plastics by spraying water and cleaning solution to strip inorganic residues such as lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic and organic residues such as dyes, hormones, grease and dust. Organic residue after cleaning is below 0.1 mg/L and metal ion residue below 0.02 mg/L.
The chamber volume is at least 200 L, with a 316L stainless steel inner cavity and a 304 stainless steel outer shell with double-layer heat and sound insulation. Two racks hold 420 autosampler vials, test tubes or colorimetric tubes, or 72 volumetric flasks, beakers and conical flasks per run. Water is heated from room temperature to 99°C with at least 3 kW of heating power.
At 110 cm high and less than 75 cm in length and width, the unit can be built into the bench. It has two water inlets for tap and pure water, an insulated double-layer metal door, a microcomputer control system with colour LCD, and program self-checking and self-cleaning.
