Request a quoteOverview
The LWD-60 washes routine laboratory glassware such as test tubes, beakers, flasks, graduated cylinders, pipettes, petri dishes, sample vials and conical flasks. High-temperature, high-pressure water sprays the inner and outer surfaces together with cleaning fluid, and water intake, cleaning and drainage run automatically. Organic residues after cleaning are below 0.1 mg/L and metal ion residues below 0.02 mg/L.
The cleaning chamber holds 90 L and measures 470 × 462 × 422 mm, inside external dimensions of 529 × 648 × 650 mm. The unit is light enough for two people to lift and can stand on the bench or be built into it, suiting laboratories with limited space.
The housing is SUS304L and the chamber SUS316L stainless steel, with heat insulation and noise reduction layers. Water is heated from room temperature to 99°C with 3 kW of heating power, and the system is run from a microcomputer controller with a colour LCD and a safety door lock.
