Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer KJA-S06

The KJA-S06 is a fully automatic Kjeldahl analyzer used to determine nitrogen or protein content and cation exchange capacity in food processing, feed production, tobacco, animal husbandry, soil and fertilizer, environmental monitoring, medicine, agriculture, research, teaching and quality supervision.

It follows the Kjeldahl method of acid digestion, alkaline steam distillation, boric acid absorption and colorimetric titration endpoint detection. Reagent addition, distillation, titration, waste discharge, calibration, level monitoring, calculation, data storage and report generation are all automated. The measuring range is 0.1 to 240 mgN, with trace nitrogen down to 10 ppm, a recovery rate of at least 99.5% and repeatability error of 0.5% or less.

A multi-core ARM system with a 10-inch color touch screen shows the process in real time and stores up to 100,000 results. Fault monitoring covers the safety door, tube position, steam generator pressure and temperature, distillate volume, cooling water flow and condensate temperature. The titration step size is 0.1 μL and steam flow is adjustable from 0 to 100%.
