Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer KJA-S1306

The KJA-S1306 is an automatic Kjeldahl analyzer for determining nitrogen or protein content and cation exchange capacity in food, medicine, soil, chemicals, agriculture, forestry, materials and environmental monitoring.

It uses the Kjeldahl method of acid digestion, alkaline steam distillation, boric acid absorption and colorimetric titration. Alkali and acid addition, distillation, titration, waste discharge, cup cleaning, calibration, fault detection, level monitoring, calculation and reporting are automatic. The measuring range is 0.1 to 240 mgN, each sample takes 3 to 8 minutes, recovery is at least 99.5% and repeatability error is 0.5% or less.

The titration endpoint is read by a 16-bit RGB digital color sensor, with automatic or manual color calibration. The steam generator preheats, refills and controls pressure automatically with dry-burn protection. A PTFE bellows pump resists corrosion and clogging, the color touch screen shows the process in real time, and up to 1000 complete test records are stored.
