LHW-M96-2004S Automatic Liquid Handling Workstation
Request a quoteOverview
The LHW-M96-2004S is a fully automated liquid handling workstation built around a 96-channel core module. Controlled from an external tablet computer, it performs pipetting, aspiration and dispensing, with modes including basic pipetting, serial dilution and gradient dilution.
The air displacement pipetting module handles 5 to 200 μL with 0.1 μL resolution and CV ≤ 2.0%, and works with SBS-format 96-well or 384-well plates across four plate positions. Pipetting all 96 channels at once gives more than 12 times the speed of a manual 8-channel pipette, and each channel is sealed without extra help when loading or ejecting full tip boxes. Workflows are sent to the instrument with one click, and the pipetting module and plate deck move automatically.
All electronics are integrated inside, converting 220V AC to a safe 24V supply. At 885 × 285 × 445 mm, the workstation fits into standard laminar flow hoods, biosafety cabinets and fume hoods.
