Product overview
The ASC-TCP automatically counts grains and other small particles to a set number. In agriculture it is mainly used for rice, wheat, sorghum, corn and vegetable seeds (except tomato seeds), and it also handles feed pellets, diamonds and tablets. It accepts particles from 0.7 to 12 mm and counts at least 1000 sesame seeds in 3 minutes with an accuracy of ±2‰.
Two modes are available: free counting and bulk counting, each from 1 to 99,999. Counting speed is adjustable, sensitivity levels match different particle sizes, and the unit slows down automatically as the count approaches the set number. If no particles are detected on the plate for 60 seconds, the motor stops to protect itself.
An LCD screen shows the mode, counting time, sensitivity level and count. The compact 285 × 210 × 176 mm unit weighs 5 kg, works continuously for at least 5 hours and operates from -10 to 50°C.
