Request a quoteOverview
The IM-FK100, IM-FK120 and IM-FK150 automatic snowflake ice makers supply fine-grained flake ice for school, hospital, research institute and industrial biochemical laboratories. They produce 100, 120 and 150 kg of ice per 24 hours respectively, with a 40 kg storage bin.
Ice is formed by a screw extrusion hob-style mechanism that separates ice from water automatically, using a chip ice-making chamber separated from the evaporator for efficient cooling. Forced air cooling with CFC-free R290 refrigerant is used, and a float-type water inlet leaves no residual water, so no ice clearing is needed and water is not wasted.
Computer control runs the unit automatically with displays for ice full, water shortage, operation and faults, stopping and restarting as needed. The stainless steel body, fluoride-free foam insulation and food grade plastic liner are energy-saving, and flake ice fills narrow spaces for fast cooling and ice baths.

10 parameters
IM-FK100, IM-FK120 and IM-FK150 produce 100, 120 and 150 kg per 24 h.
Insulated bin with fluoride-free foam and a food grade plastic liner.
Hob-style mechanism separates ice from water automatically for small, practical flakes.
Float-type water inlet leaves no residual water and needs no ice clearing.
Stops on ice full or water shortage and restarts when conditions return to normal.
Fine flakes fill narrow spaces around samples for quick, even cooling.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
