Request a quoteOverview
The IM-FK60, IM-FK70 and IM-FK85 are compact automatic snowflake ice makers for schools, hospitals, research institutes and industrial biochemical laboratories. They produce 60, 70 and 85 kg of fine-grained flake ice per 24 hours and store up to 25 kg, in a 400 x 510 x 845 mm footprint.
A screw extrusion hob-style mechanism forms the ice and separates it from the water automatically, with the chip ice-making chamber separated from the evaporator for efficient cooling. Forced air cooling uses CFC-free R290 refrigerant, and a float-type water inlet leaves no residual water, saving water and energy.
The ice-making process is fully computer controlled, with ice full, water shortage, operation and fault displays; the unit stops and restarts automatically. The stainless steel cabinet with fluoride-free foam insulation and a food grade liner is durable and space-saving, and the flake ice packs closely around samples for rapid cooling.
