STC-5000 Cassette Autoclave

The STC-5000 is a cassette autoclave for rapid, reliable steam sterilization of solid and hollow instruments, including unwrapped loads. A complete unwrapped cycle takes about 9 minutes, which suits multi-department use and emergencies.

The sterilization volume is about 5.2 L, with a 38 × 18 × 7.8 cm chamber and a removable cassette measuring 48 × 19.6 × 8 cm outside. Operating temperature ranges from 115°C to 135°C with a maximum of 138°C, and maximum operating pressure is 242 kPa. A 3.4 L tank supplies ultra-pure, deionized, distilled or purified water, and the unit measures 58 × 46 × 19 cm.

Operation is shown on screen and a cycle can be interrupted safely at any time. A self-detection system stops the unit automatically if a problem occurs and displays a fault code. It runs on AC 220 V, 50 Hz, for up to 6 cycles per hour.
