Product overview
The CFG-Mini15D is a high speed mini centrifuge with a 12-place rotor for 0.2, 0.5, 1.5 and 2 mL tubes. Speed is adjustable from 500 to 15000 rpm in 100 rpm steps, and RCF up to 15100 ×g in 100 ×g steps, with ±20 rpm accuracy.
A brushless DC motor reaches target speed quickly, accelerating in 11 seconds and braking in 9 seconds, while noise stays at 54 dB or lower. Run time is 30 seconds to 99 minutes or continuous, with speed/RCF switching, a short-time run function and an audible alert.
Safety devices include a door interlock, overspeed and over-temperature detection and automatic internal diagnosis. The unit is certified to IEC/EN 61010-1 and has passed explosion-proof testing according to IEC 61010-2-20. It measures 255 × 245 × 140 mm and weighs 6 kg.
