Product overview
The CCC series is a double-walled cabinet for storing laboratory chemicals and reagent bottles. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate of at least 1.0 mm with an electrostatic epoxy coating over 80 μm thick, while the inner liner is one-piece injection-molded PP with reserved detachable ventilation ports.
Three models are available: CCC-101 with one compartment (680 mm high), CCC-201 with two compartments (1240 mm) and CCC-301 with three compartments (1800 mm), storing 18, 36 or 54 bottles of 500 mL respectively. Each compartment has a spill-proof PP tray shelf.
The cabinet sits on a detachable base with 64 mm nylon casters, uses a three-point linkage dual-lock and heavy-duty piano hinges, and comes with a grounding device and 1 m grounding cable. Door colours are yellow, red, blue or white, and the structure is prepared for later ventilation, filtration and lock control upgrades.
