Product overview

The ICB-CO2-H and ICB-CO2-W Series are CO2 incubators for culturing cells, tissues and bacteria in medicine, biology, chemistry and agricultural science. The H Series is air-jacketed with capacities of 50, 80, 150, 190 and 240 L, and the W Series is water-jacketed at 26, 80 and 150 L.

Temperature is controlled by PID from ambient +5 to 55 °C with ±0.3 °C uniformity, humidity reaches 90% or more by natural vaporization, and CO2 is adjustable from 0 to 20%. An infrared sensor responds quickly and is unaffected by external temperature and humidity, restoring 5% CO2 within 3 minutes after a 30 second door opening.

A heated door prevents condensation on the glass, a 0.3 μm high-efficiency filter cleans incoming CO2, and UV sterilization disinfects the chamber. Units can be stacked two high, and alarms cover low, high and over-temperature and long door openings.
