Request a quoteOverview
The HPS-280-S6 integrates six stirring hotplates into one space-saving instrument for parallel experiments and multi-parameter optimization. It suits Kjeldahl nitrogen determination, Soxhlet extraction and parallel synthesis in food, feed, textile, soil, wastewater, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and plastics laboratories.
Each channel has independent start/stop, temperature, speed and LCD display. The Φ134 mm aluminum work plates are ceramic coated for fast heat transfer and corrosion resistance, heating from 25°C to 280°C with PID control, ±1°C accuracy below 100°C and 600 W per channel. Brushless DC motors stir up to 3 L per position at 200 to 1500 rpm with stir bars up to 40 mm.
A HOT warning flashes when a plate is above 50°C after switch-off, and two independent safety circuits stop heating on overheating or sensor fault and cut power on short circuit. The HPS-280-S6 package adds six PT1000A temperature probes and six support clamps.

24 parameters
Each position has its own start/stop, temperature, speed and display controls.
Aluminum plates with ceramic coating transfer heat quickly and resist corrosion.
Heats to 280°C with ±1°C accuracy below 100°C and ±1% above.
Spark-free, maintenance-free DC motors stir 3 L per channel at 200 to 1500 rpm.
HOT flashes on the display while the plate is above 50°C after switch-off.
The package version includes six PT1000A probes and six support clamps.
Al-Shaker specifies the configuration, documents the system, and supports it across Jordan, the GCC, and MENA.
