Cooking Oil Tester COA-H200

The COA-H200 is a handheld tester for checking the quality of frying oil by measuring the content of total polar compounds (TPM). It works directly in hot oil, with a temperature range of 0 to 200°C, and suits on-site quality inspection of all kinds of frying oils.

The TPM range is 0 to 50% with ±1.5% accuracy and 0.1% resolution, read by a capacitive sensor, while a PTC sensor measures temperature with ±1°C accuracy. Results appear in under 3 seconds on an OLED display, with flashing prompts that indicate the oil quality band. Upper and lower TPM alarm limits are adjustable and the instrument can be calibrated, stores test data and can be reset to factory settings.

The probe uses food-grade materials and a streamlined shuttle shape that reduces oil hang-up and is easy to wipe clean. The housing is rated IP67 and the unit runs on a 900 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery with Type-C charging. Calibration every 3 to 6 months is recommended.
