Request a quoteOverview
The GR-D5L is a 5 L double-layer glass reactor with an electric constant speed stirring system and condensing and dropping system. It is used with an external vacuum source and a high or low temperature circulator connected to the jacket, which holds about 800 mL.
All wetted parts are high borosilicate glass 3.3 and PTFE, which are chemically stable. The kettle body works from -80°C to 250°C, and the system reaches a vacuum of 0.098 MPa shown on a pointer gauge. A 90 W motor gives electronic stepless speed control from 0 to 1100 rpm with digital display, and the stirring system uses double bearings and double oil seals.
The five-port lid provides stirring, condensing, constant pressure funnel, pressure relief and temperature ports. It includes a crescent paddle in 304 stainless steel with PTFE coating, a 500 mL constant pressure funnel, a coil condenser and a glass and PTFE side discharge valve. The frame is aluminum alloy and stainless steel, with fuse protection.
