Product overview
The DBI-110 is a microprocessor-controlled dry block heating system that replaces a traditional water bath. It is widely used for sample preservation, DNA amplification reactions, electrophoresis, denaturation, solidification and thermostatic incubation of serum and biochemical samples.
Temperature is set from 0 to 110°C and controlled from room temperature +5°C to 110°C, with accuracy and uniformity of ±0.3°C at 37°C and 0.1°C display resolution. Heating from 25°C to 110°C takes 20 min or less. Four block positions in groups A, B, C and D can each be timed independently or together, from 1 min to 99 h 59 min or continuously.
A blue transparent lid prevents samples splashing out. Optional blocks cover common tubes from 6 mm to 28 mm diameter as well as plates, and custom blocks are available. Automatic preheating, automatic running, auto resume after power failure, built-in calibration and over-heating protection are included.
