Request a quoteOverview
The MPR-H200B is an automatic filter-based microplate reader for 96 and 48-well plates, covering 400 to 725 nm. It is supplied with 405, 450, 492 and 630 nm filters, with positions for four optional filters, and reads 0.000 to 4.000 A with 0.001 A resolution, ±0.008 A accuracy and reproducibility of 0.2% or better.
A single-wavelength read takes 3 seconds or less and a dual-wavelength read 6 seconds or less, with three-speed linear shaking. The LED light source is rated up to 10,000 hours, and lamp adjustment and calibration are automatic. A 10.4-inch colour touch screen shows the full plate layout with blanks, standards, samples, references and QC, and qualitative and quantitative evaluation includes cut-offs, curve fitting and transformation formulas with more than 20 report formats.
Memory holds up to 20 million results and 500 test programs. A built-in thermal printer, USB keyboard and mouse support, RS-232, network, VGA and DVI interfaces and PC ELISA software are included.
