Request a quoteOverview
The MPR-A200 and MPR-A200HT are absorbance microplate readers based on a grating monochromator and xenon flash lamp, covering 200 to 1000 nm in 1 nm steps for spectral scanning, endpoint and kinetic assays. They read 96 and 384-well plates with or without lids over 0 to 4.0 OD, with a double beam reference channel for stable data and automatic calibration of the lamp, grating, detector and plate position at start-up.
At 450 nm, linearity is R² ≥ 0.999 from 0 to 3.0 Abs and accuracy is ±(1.0% + 0.003 Abs) up to 2.0 Abs. A 96-well plate is read in under 8 seconds in fast mode, with linear shaking at three speeds and incubation from room temperature +4 °C to 45 °C. The MPR-A200HT adds an independent cuvette slot with its own incubation.
A 10-inch Android touch screen with 16 GB storage allows standalone use, with user permission levels, a standard curve library, FTP transfer and multiple report formats. An optional u-Nano plate quantifies 1 to 16 nucleic acid or protein samples from 2 to 4 µL without dilution.
