Product overview

The MPW-H310 and MPW-H320 are ELISA microplate washers for flat, V-bottom and U-bottom plates and strips. They wash whole plates or 1 to 12 strips using the supplied 8-way and 12-way manifolds, dispensing 50 to 3000 µL per well with dosing accuracy within 10%.

Two-point aspiration leaves a residual volume of 1 µL per well or less, and the cleaning cycle includes bottom rinsing, overflow washing and fine adjustment of wash pressure. Wash cycles can be repeated 0 to 99 times, with soak times up to 3600 s and shaking up to 600 s. Vacuum and pressure are monitored automatically, an automatic rinse cycle is included, and there is an emergency stop and liquid level warning. The MPW-H320 uses pumps made in Germany.

A high-brightness LCD and 8-key membrane keypad give menu-driven operation in English or Chinese, and more than 120 user-defined wash protocols can be stored.
