Request a quoteOverview
The FBA800 is a fiber analyzer that determines crude fiber, neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), hemicellulose and acid detergent lignin (ADL). It measures from 0.1% to 100% on samples of 0.5 to 3 g, six samples per batch.
Integrated infrared heating warms the crucibles quickly and evenly for consistent extraction, and heating power can be adjusted to control the heating rate and reduce energy use. A built-in preheating function shortens the run, reaching preheat in 10 to 12 minutes and boiling in 13 to 15 minutes. Repeatability error is 0.4% or less below 10% crude fiber and 1% or less above.
The hidden pull-out solution barrel makes dosing easier, corrosive liquids never touch a pump body, and overflow protection prevents spills from operator error. A crucible backflush function stops samples from caking during filtration. Five crucible specifications are supplied as standard, and the 7-inch touch screen offers count-up and countdown timing.

Determines crude fiber, NDF, ADF, hemicellulose and ADL.
Integrated infrared heating for fast, uniform crucible heating and consistent extraction.
Preheats in 10 to 12 minutes to shorten total experiment time.
Corrosive liquid does not contact any pump body, protecting the drain pump.
Dosing overflow protection prevents corrosive liquid spills from operator error.
Backflush function prevents samples caking in the crucible during filtration.
