Overview

Product overview

The MSC-F43N is an infinity-corrected trinocular microscope for fluorescence work and routine observation. A long-life broadband LED covering 350 to 760 nm provides epi-fluorescence illumination without preheating, and a six-position turret takes tool-free replaceable filter cubes. Standard U, B and G filter sets can be extended with optional V, R, Y, dual-band B/G and other sets, supporting applications such as FISH, FRET and CTC detection.

Semi-apochromatic FLN objectives on a quintuple nosepiece are designed for high resolution, contrast and fluorescence sensitivity. Brightfield observation uses a U-AC condenser for 20X to 100X (oil), with Kohler illumination through an Abbe condenser of N.A. 1.1, and phase contrast and darkfield observation are also supported.

The 30° Siedentopf trinocular head accepts 10X/23 mm or optional 10X/25 mm eyepieces, with a light split of 100:0, 20:80 or 0:100. A low-position ceramic-coated stage, coaxial focusing with 1 μm fine scale and a light intensity manager that sets brightness for each objective make routine work more comfortable.
