Fluorometer FLUOM-100

The FLUOM-100 is a fluorometer based on fluorescence assay technology, using the principle that fluorescence intensity is proportional to concentration at low concentrations to analyze samples qualitatively and quantitatively. It measures nucleic acids (dsDNA, oligo, RNA, microRNA), proteins, hormones, drugs, microorganisms and other low concentration bioactive compounds.

Samples of 1 to 20 μL are read in 0.5 mL PCR tubes in 3 seconds. Two channels, with excitation at 470 and 625 nm and emission at 525 and 690 nm, detect two fluorescence types simultaneously. The response range spans five orders of magnitude with linearity of R² ≥ 0.995, repeatability below 1.5% and sensitivity down to 0.5 pg/μL dsDNA. Calibration uses 2 or 3 points, and the instrument works with most reagents.

A 7-inch color touch screen keeps operation simple, and up to 10000 records can be stored and exported by USB drive or printer in CSV or PDF format.
