Overview

Product overview

The DOF-85 and DOF-85E are 85 L forced air convection drying ovens for laboratory drying and heat treatment. Temperature is controlled from ambient +10 to 300 °C with 0.1 °C resolution and ±2.5% uniformity.

Both models use a PT100 sensor and two-section intelligent PID control with fixed-temperature operation, a timer from 0 to 9999 min and auto stop. The DOF-85E uses a digital tube display, while the DOF-85 adds an LCD, a high-precision independent temperature limiter and a three-speed adjustable fan. Sensor deviation correction, overshoot self-tuning, parameter locking and power-off memory are included.

The mirror stainless steel chamber is enclosed in an electrostatically sprayed cold rolled steel case with CE-rated rock wool insulation, a stainless steel heater, a 28 mm top exhaust port that doubles as a test hole and an anti-scald handle. Extra shelves are optional, and the DOF-85 can add a printer, programmable control and USB data storage.
