Product overview
The BA-A-120 is a fully automatic biochemistry analyzer for measuring cholesterol, glucose, enzymes, proteins and other parameters in samples such as blood or urine. It is a random access system that runs a constant 120 tests per hour with mono or double reagents, using colorimetric and turbidimetric methods with end point, fixed time and kinetic assays.
The reagent tray has 80 positions (40 for R1 and 40 for R2) cooled around the clock at 2 to 14°C by a Peltier system, and the system is open to any reagent. The sample tray holds 40 positions for micro cups or tubes. A ceramic syringe dispenses as little as 0.1 μL, and 50 optical plastic cuvettes run reactions from 150 μL at 37 ±0.1°C.
The probe has liquid level sensing, collision protection and inside and outside washing, and a Teflon-coated mixer reduces carry-over. A fully closed optical system measures multiple wavelengths at once. The software supports automatic dilution, linear and nonlinear calibration with up to 8 points, Westgard and L-J quality control, and an optional barcode reader.
