PP Fume Hood FMH-PA Series
Request a quoteOverview
The FMH-PA series is a fume hood built entirely from A-grade PP (polypropylene) board, 8 mm thick in the main body. Compared with all-steel fume hoods, PP offers better resistance to strong acids, alkalis and corrosion, making these hoods suitable for intensive acid and alkali work and for clean rooms.
Three models are offered: FMH-P1200A, FMH-P1500A and FMH-P1800A, with external widths of 1200, 1500 and 1800 mm and exhaust volumes of 1300, 1500 and 1800 m³/h. The window opening height is 700 mm, face velocity is 0.3 to 0.5 m/s and noise stays below 65 dB.
A PP lining with three-stage internal exhaust removes gases of different densities, and the top hood with a 250 mm outlet includes a trough for condensate. The tempered glass sash lifts with stepless counterweight balance. Standard supply includes the base cabinet, axial fan, PP countertop, LED lamp and socket, with optional sinks, faucets, gas valves and alternative countertops.

Upper and lower cabinets made of 8 mm A-grade PP board resistant to strong acids, alkalis and impact.
Internal three-stage exhaust design captures harmful gases of different specific gravity.
Widths of 1200, 1500 and 1800 mm with exhaust volumes from 1300 to 1800 m³/h.
Tempered glass window with stepless counterweight lifting that stays at any position.
Square tube and T-type corner structures give the lower cabinet good load capacity.
Optional PP sinks, faucets, gas valves, ceramic or epoxy countertops and a 315 mm fan.
