Product overview

The GEP-GDX6T is an integrated chemiluminescence imager for Western blot, ECL and ECL plus membranes, self-luminescent microplates, biochips and similar samples. It combines a research-grade back-illuminated CCD camera cooled to -65°C, a large aperture F0.95 auto-focus lens (F0.8 optional) and a built-in 13.3-inch touch control computer.

The camera offers 9 million pixels, 3.75 μm pixel size, quantum efficiency above 95%, 16-bit image depth and a dynamic range of at least 4.8 orders of magnitude. Exposure runs from 1 ms to 120 min with millisecond-level automatic exposure, and binning is available from 1×1 up to 24×24.

A motorized sample stage links hardware and software for one-touch automatic imaging, with markers superimposed automatically. The one-piece seamless chassis prevents light leakage, the shooting area is 16 × 14 cm, and LED dual-sided white light reflection is included.
