DBI-GM5 Plasma Gel Maker

The DBI-GM5 prepares autologous plasma gel by heating and then cooling blood plasma under accurate temperature control. It is used in the medical aesthetic field to prepare plasma into protoplasmic gels.

The unit has two separate bins, one for heating and one for cooling, each timed independently and holding syringes from 1 to 5 mL across 10 hole positions. The temperature is set from 10 to 90°C with ±1°C control accuracy, heating from room temperature to 90°C in under 10 min and cooling from 90°C back to room temperature in under 4 min.

Double LED displays show temperature and time independently. The timer runs from 0 s to 99 min 59 s or continuously, starting once the set temperature is reached, and an alarm sounds when the run finishes. Two preloaded programs start with one key, and a 110°C safety limit protects the unit.
