Product overview
The DOF-HAS-A series are dry heat sterilizers that use high temperature hot air to oxidize and destroy microorganisms. Five models are available, DOF-HAS20A, 50A, 70A, 100A and 200A, with capacities from 34 L to 188 L and heating powers from 500 W to 2000 W.
Temperature is controlled by PID with a PT100 sensor from ambient plus 10°C up to 250°C, with ±0.5°C fluctuation and 0.1°C resolution. A large LCD with menu operation and screen lock sets temperature and time, with a timer from 1 to 9999 minutes, fixed value or timed operation, and an END message with beep when the run finishes. Optional program control allows up to 30 programs.
A high-quality fan with back suction and bottom vertical air supply improves ventilation and uniformity. The brushed stainless steel chamber has large rounded corners for easy cleaning, the outer case is anti-static coated cold-rolled steel, and silicone door seals reduce heat loss. Two adjustable stainless steel shelves are included, with a leakage protector and over-temperature alarm.
