Kjeldahl Aluminum Alloy Digester KJD-E08, KJD-E20

The KJD-E08 and KJD-E20 are aluminum alloy block digesters for sample preparation before nitrogen and protein testing, COD digestion, pretreatment for total phosphorus and arsenic, and heavy metal detection such as lead, copper, zinc and tin.

The KJD-E08 processes 8 tubes and the KJD-E20 processes 20 tubes of 300 mL, with up to 6 g of solid or 25 mL of liquid per sample. Temperature ranges from room temperature to 450°C with ±1°C accuracy, and ceramic fiber with an air duct provides thermal insulation. Power is 1500 W and 2500 W respectively, and an automatic lifting frame is optional.

A color LCD touch screen stores 510 user-defined schemes, each with up to 21 heating stages of 0 to 999 minutes, timed either from the start of heating or from reaching the target temperature. The shell is sprayed with Teflon, an anti-corrosion isolation design with guide grooves keeps acid away from the instrument, and protection covers over-voltage, over-current and overheating.
