DOF-HAS E Series Hot Air Sterilizing Oven
Request a quoteOverview
The DOF-HAS E Series are hot air sterilizing ovens using horizontal forced-air circulation through double air ducts for efficient heating and ±2.5% uniformity. Six models span 30 L to 230 L, each operating from ambient plus 10°C to 300°C with ±1°C fluctuation and 0.1°C resolution.
A two-section PID intelligent controller with Pt100 sensor provides fixed temperature operation, a 0 to 9999 minute timer with timing wait and auto stop. It adds sensor deviation correction, overshoot self-tuning, parameter locking and power-off memory, with over-temperature protection. Set and measured temperatures are shown on a four-digit LED display.
The mirror stainless steel chamber is heated by 304 stainless steel elements and insulated with rock wool board inside a powder-coated cold-rolled steel cabinet. A 35 mm top exhaust port doubles as a test hole, and shelf capacity rises to 17 levels in the largest model, each rated at 15 kg. A fan switch and anti-hot handle are fitted.
