Product overview
The LCB-H1600J provides a sterile work zone by passing purified air in a horizontal, unidirectional stream that leaves the chamber across the entire open front. It reaches ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanliness, with a colony count of 0.5 or less per 90 mm dish per hour.
An aluminum-frame HEPA filter without separators filters 99.995% of particles of 0.3 μm and above. Air velocity is adjustable from 0.25 to 0.6 m/s, illuminance is at least 300 lx and noise is 65 dBA or lower. The work area measures 1600 × 520 × 620 mm for single-operator use.
The cabinet has an open countertop with a 10° inclined work surface, a sprayed cold-rolled steel body, glass windows on both sides and touch buttons with a large display for parameters. The UV lamp and lighting are interlocked, and the layout gives easy access for replacing filters and fans.
