Product overview
The LCB-V1400J is a vertical laminar flow cabinet in which filtered air flows downward over the work surface, providing ISO Class 5 (Class 100) cleanliness with a colony count of 0.5 or less per 90 mm dish per hour. It is designed for two operators on a single work surface.
Air velocity is adjustable between 0.25 and 0.6 m/s, noise is 65 dBA or lower and illuminance is at least 300 lx. The work area measures 1400 × 580 × 520 mm, maximum power consumption is 500 W and vibration is kept to 3 μm or less.
The cabinet has a 10° inclined, semi-enclosed countertop with a stepped front, a sprayed cold-rolled steel body and a centrifugal fan that helps extend filter life. An LCD shows system parameters set with touch buttons, the UV lamp and lighting are interlocked, and glass side windows give good lighting.
