F unction
Analysis Modes
Free Distribution, R-R Distribution, Log-Normal Distribution, Mesh Size Classification, etc., meet the diverse particle size statistical requirements of different industries.
Statistical Methods
Volume Distribution, Quantity Distribution
Statistical Comparison
It can conduct comparative analysis on multiple test results. By comparing test results of different batches of samples, samples before and after processing, and samples tested at different times, differences can be identified. This is of great practical significance for quality control of industrial raw materials.

Overview

Product overview

The PSA-2L2309A is a fully automatic laser particle size analyzer based on Mie scattering and Fraunhofer diffraction to ISO 13320. It combines wet and dry dispersion through separate modules that users assemble according to the sample, measuring 0.01 to 3500 μm wet and 0.1 to 3000 μm dry. Accuracy and repeatability are ≤0.5% (CRM D50) wet and ≤1% dry.

An inverse Fourier (folded) optical path with a Canon lens and a log-spaced array of 116 detectors covers scattering angles from 0.015° to 145°, and the sealed optics resist dust. Precision four-phase hybrid stepper motors align the optical path automatically. The modular dispersion design shortens the circulation pipeline to prevent large particles settling and simplifies cleaning, with a 600 mL sample tank, 40 kHz 60 W ultrasonic and a stirrer adjustable to 3000 rpm.

Both a fully automatic SOP-based mode and manual control are available. Wet tests take ≤2 minutes and dry tests ≤1 minute, and an optional audit trail supports 21 CFR Part 11 for regulated quality control and research labs.
