Product overview
The RECL30-5 low temperature circulator supplies chilled liquid for vacuum distillation and concentration, and is commonly paired with rotary evaporators. It reduces bench space and saves water compared with tap-water cooling, and can also cool a double-layer glass reactor or a condensation coil.
A fully enclosed compressor cools the liquid through copper coils on the inner wall of the tank, and a built-in pump circulates it through external tubing to the connected equipment. The working range is -30 °C to room temperature, controlled to ±0.1 °C by a PT100 sensor with LCD display and key operation. Cooling capacity is 2324 W.
The 6.8 L tank has a 200 mm cover opening so containers can be placed directly in the bath. The 100 W pump delivers 20 to 40 L/min at up to 0.4 MPa through a 12 mm outer circulation connector. Delay, over-current and overheat protection are standard.
